Q: What is Toy Customizing? Why do you customize toys?
A: It is when you modify or alter an ordinary toy by completely turning it to totally different character, or simply just repainting it with better color schemes, sometimes adding new parts that was not included when you first purchased that toy.

Q: What is Apoxie Sculpt and Fix It Sculpt?
A: These are the types of sculpturing clays that I use when I want to add or modify parts and it is made by AVES Studio. This compound is very sturdy when it cures; it’s like a stone when it hardens. Excellent stuff !

Q: Do you take commission projects?
A: Unfortunately I currently run on a tight schedule and I'm a one man army, I do this on the side and treat is as a hobby, whatever I release every weeks is all I can offer at this moment. Sorry guys!

Q: Why are your custom action figures so expensive? Are you shill bidding?
A: Sorry I do not cheat my own auctions or have my friends or family members bid on my auctions. Loyal customers (Large company CEO's and hardcore fans ) decide how much the ending price will be.

Q: How come I see names like  C**24 Bidding?? Is this some type of automated bot??
A: No this is Ebay security system, it's thier "anonymous system". What this does is it protects people from Scams, Spammers, etc... I have more information Here.

Q: Why don't you offer refunds?
A: Due to the abuse of my previous return policy, all custom toy sales are final. My camera is not all that great but I do try my best to get the best shots. What you see is what you will get, in most cases even better in person. My feed back speaks for itself, if you have any doubts about my custom figures please feel free to email me.

A: Absolutely, but before placing your bids or buying be sure to email me first for shipping rate.

Q: How can I contact you?
A: I’d be glad to answer specific questions you have, but if you ask something that has no scope like “how do I use a spray can” etc., you’ll probably not get an answer. I receive tons of email weekly, please be patient and I will respond to all questions in a timely manner.
